Get peakAnnotation from an ArchRProject

This function gets a peakAnnotation from a given ArchRProject.

getPeakAnnotation(ArchRProj = NULL, name = NULL)

Arguments

ArchRProj	An ArchRProject object.
name	The name of the peakAnnotation object (i.e. Motifs) to retrieve from the designated ArchRProject.
